Ariat International, Inc. guarantees all of its products to be free of defects in
materials and workmanship. We firmly stand behind everything we produce.

If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact the Ariat retailer where you originally purchased the product. The dealer is the best place to get your warranty issue resolved. Make sure to have your original receipt with you.
Ariat does not accept any returns directly from consumers. To ensure efficient and timely resolution, do not mail any products to Ariat or contact Ariat directly. Retailers may contact Ariat for any questions or assistance regarding our warranty.
Upon inspection from an Ariat authorized retailer or Repair Center, consumers may be offered a credit, replacement or repair depending on the defect.
This policy does not apply to product that has been damaged by misuse, accident, modification or unauthorized repair.
