Can I exchange my ariat.com purchase for a similar item?
Exchanges for a different size of the same item can be initiated online. If you need to exchange for a different color or a different item, please contact Customer Service.
Through our online exchange process, you’ll order the new size at no charge and get a free return shipping label. Once our warehouse receives your return, your exchange will ship within 3 to 4 business days. We reserve exchange orders for 14 days. If we don’t receive your return package within that time, your exchange order will be canceled. Since there can be transit delays, please ship your return package immediately upon requesting an exchange.
If your exchange is canceled, you’ll receive a cancellation email. You may still return your order for a refund to your original form of payment.
Please note: Inventory moves quickly, especially during holidays and sale times, so we encourage you to place your online exchange sooner rather than later to avoid missing out.
International orders are not eligible for exchange. If the option to Exchange is not visible when you select returns, your item is not eligible for exchange.
