Warranty Policy

Every Ariat product comes with a 12 month warranty. Ariat guarantees all of its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Our 12 month warranty is valid from the date of purchase. We firmly stand behind everything we produce. This, however, is not a guarantee against normal wear and tear, nor does it apply to product that has been damaged through misuse, accident, modification, unauthorised repair or failure to follow care instructions which are available within the Ariat Life How-To's & Guides within this website. Please note that the warranty on a replacement product is valid from the original date of purchase, not the replacement date. Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.

Ariat Recommendations:

To ensure your boots stay in the best possible condition it is recommended that you use the long shoe horn provided with our tall pull on boots.

Repairs

We are now pleased to offer repairs for footwear products which are still within their warranty period. Please follow the below instructions depending on how you purchased your product to find out more.

Repair Process

You wouldn’t trust just anyone with your boots and neither would we. The Boot Repair Company have over 120 years of boot repair heritage and are our official repair partner. 

They provide a range of services to help ensure your Ariat boots still have plenty of miles on the clock.

  3. Boot Repair Company will send you confirmation with your order number and shipment details
  4. Send your boots and wait

Warranty on Ariat products purchased on www.ariat.com :

If you believe you have purchased a defective Ariat product from our website, www.ariat.com, please email customer.care@ariat.com with the below information: 

  • Ariat.com order number 
  • Photo of the Item inner style label (this should show a 8 digit style# 100xxxxx) 
  • Overall photo of product 
  • A close-up photo of the fault 
  • Please do not send your faulty item back to us. 
  • We will review your photographs and will reply to you shortly with a decision and further instructions.

Warranty on Ariat products purchased from European retailers (stores or online):

If you have a warranty issue with a product purchased through one of our retailers, contact the Ariat retailer where the product was purchased. Make sure to have your original receipt with you.
