Meet the Women Behind Ariat’s Women’s Workwear
To develop our new women’s work collection, we fit and tested on women who farm, ranch, and build, making hundreds of small changes along the way to give women work clothing made for how women move.

Ariat’s VP of Denim Design Jen Shaw counts architecture and landscapes among her current inspirations, but her denim design chops go back to her high school days. When she was just a teenager she ran a jean customization business—from spray paint to studs—out of the family garage. Jen’s free-spirited, maker mindset and passion for creating clothes that fit and flatter every woman’s body, are what make Ariat jeans amazing today.
