Tell us about your first bull ride: : I started riding calves at 5, so not really a first bull ride that I can remember. I crushed my skull in 2004 and had to learn to walk and talk again, after that I think I know what the first one (back) for me feels like. Heart is pumping, dad always safest place is on top!

You ride because: I love it!

If you weren’t a professional bull rider, you would be a: : I’ll always be a cowboy before and after the spotlight. Love training colts and working with livestock on the ranch, really like competition, roping, riding, cutting, reining, showing the skills you keep trying to improve daily.

Favorite mentor or idol growing up: Uh, gotta go with family

Favorite place to travel on tour: Ah, love Las Vegas! Best of the Best and it’s the Finals.

Name one fun fact that people don’t know about you: I loved playing baseball in high school, actually was the catcher and playing in the Oklahoma State Tournament.

Favorite way to unwind outside the bull riding: Just being and the ranch, it’s mine and Sara’s little get away.
