Ariat Insider Program
How do I join Ariat Insider?
It’s easy and free! Just head to ariat.com/insider to create your account. You just need an email and password to get started.
Can I join in-store and online?
At this time, customers can only join online at ariat.com.
Does it cost anything to become an Insider?
No, Ariat Insider is a free rewards program.
Who can join Ariat Insider?
The Ariat Insider Program is open to U.S. residents (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. territories) who are at least 18 years of age, provide and maintain a working email address, and have an online account at ariat.com.
Membership in the Program is free and optional. No purchase is required to sign up. Eligible minors must obtain a parent’s or legal guardian’s consent.
International/GlobalE customers and Expertvoice members are not eligible to join the Ariat Insider Program.
How do I update my contact information?
Sign in to your account at Ariat.com/insider. From My Account Page, you can update your name, mailing address, phone number, payment information, and communication preferences.
How do I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your account password, click here to go to the sign-in page and click "Forgot Password." You will be instructed to enter the email associated with your account. You should receive a reset password email within 30 minutes. If you have forgotten your ariat.com email or you continue to have trouble resetting your password, reach out to Customer Service for help.
Can I cancel my Insider Account?
You may cancel your Membership at any time by contacting us by phone at 877-702-7428 or emailing us at member.services@ariat.com. Cancellation may take two to four weeks. Upon cancellation, your Membership will be deactivated, all points associated with your Membership account will expire immediately, and your account at ariat.com will be deactivated.

How do I earn points online?
You can earn points through purchases, promotional offers, and other point earning activities. You will earn 1 point per $1 spent on eligible purchases. You must be logged into your Ariat Insider account when purchasing to have points added to your account. You will not earn points on purchases prior to September 24, 2025.
How do I earn points in stores?
You can earn points through purchases, promotional offers, and other point earning activities. You will earn 1 point per $1 spent on eligible purchases. You must log into your Ariat Insider account and upload your receipt from an Ariat store within 90 days of purchase. Receipts for purchases prior to September 24, 2025 will not be eligible to earn points.
Is there a limit on the number of points I can earn in a year?
Yes, you can up 2500 points per calendar year.
Are there any exclusions for earning points?
Yes, Gift Cards are not eligible to earn points.
Can I earn points on sale and clearance items?
Yes, you can earn points on sale and clearance items. However, you are not able to redeem your points on sale and/or clearance items.
Where can I see my points balance? Your Points Balance can be found on your My Account. Sign into your account from ariat.com/insider to access it.
Can I use points in Ariat Retail Stores?
At this point, points cannot be redeemed for purchases made with our Ariat Retail Stores or retail partners.
Do my points expire?
Yes, all points, except for those awarded for Birthdays and some bonus point promotions, expire after twelve (12) months. Birthday Points are awarded your birth date, as long as month and day are provided and expire 31 days after issued. Promotional points may have different expiration dates - please see promotions terms and conditions for more information.
What is the difference between pending points and Available Points in my account balance?
Your Eligible Purchase Points will be in a "Pending" status for 15 days from the online shipment date. Pending Points become Available Points on the 16th day after your in-store purchase or online shipment date. Available Points count towards your next Reward.
How do I use my rewards?
200 Points are worth $10 in Rewards. Rewards will be available at checkout to redeem. Rewards are redeemable in $10 increments.
Is there a limit on the number of rewards I can use in a single transaction?
Yes, you can use up to 10 Rewards ($100) in a single transaction.
Can I combine points with other discounts or promotions?
Yes, rewards and promotions can be combined.
I tried to use points, but they didn’t apply—what happened?
You must have a minimum of 200 points to be able to redeem and at least one full price item in your cart. Rewards are not eligible to be used on sale and/or clearance items.
What happens if I use a reward on a purchase and later return it? Do I get my reward back?
When you make a return, your refund will be processed in the following order:
● Credit Card – We’ll first refund any amount paid with your credit card.
● Gift Card – If a gift card was used, the applicable amount will be returned to that card next.
● Ariat Insider Points – Any points used will be refunded last.
If you're returning your entire order, all points used on that order will be fully refunded.
I have multiple accounts—can I merge them?
Yes, reach out to customer service to merge your two accounts. You will need to have both emails to combine them.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No points are non-transferable.
Do you have a loyalty app I can download?
Not at this time.
Welcome Bonus Points
Earn a one hundred (100) Points when you join Ariat Insider. Offer valid only for new subscribers.
Bonus Point Promotion Days
From time to time, Ariat will run special bonus point promotions. Insiders can earn bonus Points on Bonus Point Promotion Days. The amount of Points awarded and the Promotion Days will be announced via Ariat Insider emails and SMS. Bonus Points are available only on specified Bonus Point Promotion Days and will not be awarded on other days.
Follow on Social Media
Members can earn bonus Points after following us on Social Media (this includes following us on Tik Tok, Instagram, Meta/Facebook, X/Twitter, and Pinterest). Once you follow us, Points will be awarded within twenty four (24) hours. 25 Points will be awarded per follow.
Write a Review
Members will earn twenty-five (25) Points per review on ariat.com for a maximum of four (4) reviews in a calendar year.
4th Purchase Bonus Points
Members can earn two hundred (200) bonus Points after making four qualifying purchases. Qualifying purchases must be in excess of one hundred and fifty ($150) dollars each before taxes/shipping/promotions are applied. The purchases must be made within one calendar year. These Points will be awarded once per year.
Complete Your Profile
Members can earn fifty (50) bonus Points after completing their profile information in their account. Upon completing a user profile, points will be awarded within twenty four (24) hours.
SMS Subscription
Members can earn fifty (50) bonus Points after signing up for our marketing text messages per phone number enrolled. Phone numbers that subscribe after it has been unsubscribed will not be eligible for bonus points. After enrolling in our text program, Points will be awarded within twenty four (24) hours.
Refer-A-Friend
Members can earn two hundred (200) Points after referring a friend to the Insider Program. The referred person must make a purchase to receive two hundred (200) Points. Points will be awarded to each party within twenty four (24) hours of the purchase.
Birthday Award
Membership includes a birthday award, where individuals will receive 100 Points each year. In order to receive your birthday points you must be enrolled in the Program before the month of your birthday. Points will be awarded to your account on the 1st of the month of your birthday. There will be a limit of one birthday award per person per year. Birthday reward points will expire thirty (30) days after issuance.

Does Ariat offer free shipping?
Ariat offers free ground shipping on all domestic orders to Ariat Insider Members, which everyone is eligible to sign up for.
For Non-Members, the shipping cost is $6. This will automatically be indicated in your order total at checkout. Expedited shipping options are available for the lower 48 states. Cost will be displayed at checkout.
Where does Ariat ship its products?
Ariat ships to all 50 states as well as to Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses. Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to U.S. territories or internationally.
Returns
What is Ariat’s return policy?
Ariat.com offers free returns within 90 days of purchase for U.S. orders only. You can access our complete Return Policy here.
How do I return my Ariat.com order?
It’s easy. Have your order number and e-mail address ready and request a return here.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Please allow 5-7 business days from receipt at our warehouse for your return credit to be processed to the original form of payment. You can check the status of your return here.
Early Access
Membership includes early access to certain promotions and launches on ariat.com if you are subscribed to Ariat’s email list and a member of the Insider program. Announcements for certain sales and new products will be sent via email or SMS.
Military and First Response Special Pricing
Log in or join Ariat Insider by selecting either of the black buttons at the top of the page. Follow the prompts to sign in or complete your Ariat Insider account. Within your Ariat Insider Account page, select Military or First Responder 10% Get Verified. Complete your verification process through SheerID. If not instantly verified, you will be contacted via email with your eligibility status.
